Terms of Service
These terms are the agreement between you and AT Market. By creating an account you accept them in full.

1. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement.
- You give accurate information, keep your password secure, and stay responsible for everything done through your account.
- You may close your account at any time from your account settings.
2. AT Market is a venue, not the seller
- We host listings and messaging. We do not own, inspect, warehouse or ship the items listed here, and we are not a party to any deal between a buyer and a seller.
- Buyers and sellers are solely responsible for their transaction: condition, price, payment, pickup, delivery, taxes, and any licences or permits required.
3. Your content
- You keep ownership of your photos, videos and text. You give us a licence to host, resize and display them so the platform can work, including in search results and promoted placements.
- You confirm you have the right to post what you upload and that it does not infringe anyone's rights.
- We may remove content that breaks the Marketplace Rules or the law.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not scrape, reverse engineer, overload or attempt to break the platform, and do not use bots to create accounts, listings or messages.
- Do not use AT Market to defraud, stalk, harass or endanger anyone.
- The Marketplace Rules & Community Guidelines are part of these terms.
5. Paid promotions
- Promotion prices are shown before you confirm. Charges are for the placement period you select.
- We may pause or refuse a promotion that breaks these terms. Promotions removed for rule violations are not refunded.
6. Suspension and termination
- We may limit, suspend or terminate your account for breaking these terms, for suspected fraud, or where required by law.
- You may not create another account to avoid enforcement.
7. Disclaimers and liability
- The platform is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that a listing is accurate, that a seller will honour a deal, or that the service will be uninterrupted.
- To the maximum extent allowed by law, AT Market is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from a transaction between users.
8. Changes to these terms
- When we make a material change we publish a new version and ask you to review and accept it the next time you use AT Market. Continuing to use the platform after accepting means the new version applies.
