Privacy Policy

This page explains what AT Market collects, what stays private, and what you control. It is maintained by AT Market and is not an independent certification.

1. What we collect

  • Account details you give us: name, email, password (stored hashed), and optionally your city, bio, avatar and cover photo.
  • Optional private details you choose to save: phone number, pickup address and postal code.
  • Content you create: listings, photos, videos, messages, offers, reviews and reactions.
  • Basic usage data needed to run the service, such as listing views and notification state.
  • Verification media, if you choose to verify your profile: your ID document photo and face-scan frames.

2. What is public and what is not

  • Public: your display name (first name plus an initial if you hide your last name), avatar, cover photo, bio, city, ratings, and your active listings.
  • Private by default: your email, phone number, street address, postal code, private conversations and shared pickup details.
  • Private details are shared only when you share them yourself, with one person, from inside a chat — and you can revoke a share or let it expire.

3. Verification media

  • ID and face-scan images are stored in a private bucket and used only to check that the document and the face match, so your profile can show a verified badge.
  • They are never shown on your profile and never shared with other users.

4. Service providers

  • We use infrastructure providers for hosting, database, authentication, file storage and the automated identity check. They process data on our behalf under their own security terms.
  • We do not sell your personal information.

5. Retention and deletion

  • We keep your data while your account is open. Deleting your account removes your profile, listings and private contact details.
  • We may keep a limited record of rule violations, agreement acceptances and safety reports for as long as needed for security and legal reasons.

6. Your choices

  • Edit or delete your profile, listings and saved private details at any time from your account settings.
  • Turn notifications on or off in settings, and block or report any user.
  • To request a copy or deletion of your data, contact us from the account settings page.

7. Children

  • AT Market is not intended for anyone under 18. Accounts found to belong to minors are removed.

8. Changes

  • When this policy changes materially we publish a new version and ask you to review and accept it before continuing to use the platform.

Every member of AT Market is responsible for following these rules.
