Marketplace Rules & Community Guidelines

AT Market works because people keep it honest and safe. These rules apply to every listing, message and profile on the platform.

1. List honestly

Describe items exactly as they are, including flaws, damage, missing parts and repairs.
Use your own photos or videos of the actual item. Stock images may only be used for brand-new, sealed products.
Post a realistic price and the correct category. Do not post the same item over and over to stay at the top.
Mark items as sold or remove them once they are no longer available.

Weapons, ammunition and explosives.
Drugs, controlled substances, vapes, tobacco, alcohol and prescription medication.
Stolen, counterfeit or replica goods, and anything you do not legally own.
Animals, human remains, bodily fluids and body parts.
Adult services or sexual content of any kind.
Hacked accounts, database dumps, personal data, ID documents, or software licences you are not allowed to transfer.
Recalled or unsafe products, and anything illegal where the trade takes place.

No harassment, threats, hate speech, discrimination or intimidation — in listings, comments or chat.
No spam, mass messaging, off-platform advertising or lead scraping.
Do not pressure anyone into paying outside the app, sharing personal details, or meeting somewhere they are not comfortable with.

Your phone number and address are never shown publicly. They stay in your private vault until you share them with one person, for a limited time, from inside a chat.
Never post someone else's phone number, address, workplace, ID or photo without their permission.
Do not screenshot or republish private conversations or shared pickup details.

Meet in a public, well-lit place whenever possible, and bring someone with you for high-value items.
Inspect an item before you pay. Never send deposits, gift cards, crypto or wire transfers to someone you have not met.
Report anyone who asks you to move the deal to another app or website.

Boosted listings must follow every rule on this page. Paying to promote a listing never buys an exemption.
Promotion fees are for placement only. We do not guarantee sales, clicks or impressions.

Depending on what happened and whether it has happened before, we may hide or remove a listing, limit your account features, suspend your account, or permanently ban you.
Serious violations — fraud, threats, weapons, stolen goods, anything involving minors — result in an immediate permanent ban and may be reported to the authorities.
You are responsible for everything posted from your account. Report problems with the report button on any listing, profile or conversation.
